Co-managing partner and CEO

Philippe is a passionate intra- and entre-preneur in business building services, working as a bridge between corporates and start-ups, between markets and innovation ecosystems and between selected service providers (e.g., McKinsey) and those needing support.

Philippe is the co-founder of McKinsey Solutions and scaled it to a group of 40+ subsidiaries and 1000+ employees.

He is also a Marketing Professor at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, and a founder of Teach for Belgium. He holds a Master in Commercial Engineering from Solvay, and an MBA from INSEAD. Philippe is currently co-managing partner of The Bridge and board member of various start / scale-ups.

Tanguy loves reinventing businesses, especially if they don't look sexy at the first glance. Taking the best of other industries and applying them where you wouldn't expect them to meet and exceed clients’ expectations.

Tanguy has worked at The Bridge since 2016 and has previously worked as CEO of Barefoot start-up studio, Marketing Director at bpost, Trade Marketing Manager at Douwe Egberts and Nestlé.

Some of his previous achievements at The Bridge include:
- board member at Infinity Mobile and MangoGem. Executive adviser of Jetpack and Bonsai.
- acting COO of a London based retail analytic solution, implementing the conditions of success to scale as a solution and not as a service business and connecting for potential partnerships and alliances.
- project lead of an Amsterdam-based regulatory / KYC solution, finding and validating how to turn a global B2B problem into a new business stream.
- growth catalyst of a B2B corporate venture in invoicing.
- program director of corporate accelerators: FinTech in Belgium and TradeTech in Singapore

Partner

David has a bilingual profile, simultaneously combining experience in corporate and in start-ups. He knows how to make innovation work like magic, whether for a start-up, a corporate or at the junction of the two. David has worked in multiple sectors and has a strong financial services background. He holds a PhD in Physics from ULB and did research at MIT.

Samples of his previous work include transforming a large financial institution to dramatically improve its innovation performance, co-founding one of the top 10 best fintech accelerators in Europe, shaping a platform allowing different industry actors to implement the testing of new technologies and conducting the digital transformation of a medium-sized firm.
